Who Am I?
- I bought my first property in 2013 while I was still employed.
- I later managed lettings for more than 250 properties.
- I’m a landlord in Lincolnshire.
- I host PPN Lincoln, the monthly Progressive Property Network evening in Lincoln.
- I founded Secret Property Club, a community for UK landlords and investors.
How I Built My Portfolio
I built it step by step, learning each strategy by doing it.
My First Buy To Let
I bought my first property in 2013 while I was still employed, and learned the basics the hard way.
The Lettings Side
As a lettings manager I looked after more than 250 properties, so I’ve seen what goes right and wrong for landlords.
Training And Growing
I trained with Progressive Property and grew my own buy to let portfolio in Lincolnshire.
Serviced Accommodation
I ran a serviced accommodation business in Peterborough, with guests booking short stays.
Purchase Lease Option
Through my company, Oliana Properties Ltd, I control a property with a purchase lease option.
Running It With AI
Today I run my portfolio admin, compliance reminders and tenant paperwork with an AI operations manager I built myself.
